Responsible for achieving business objectives in the target market, strengthening market positioning, driving sustainable brand growth, and ensuring compliance across all sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide deep insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape within the region.
- Monitor and benchmark competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and threats.
- Build and enhance partnerships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, dealers, and business partners.
- Plan and develop the local channel network to ensure strong market coverage and effective resource allocation.
Business Planning & Execution
- Define, implement, and manage annual and monthly business targets.
- Develop localized marketing strategies and business policies to achieve key performance indicators (sales, profit, market share, and customer satisfaction).
- Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the channel network.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee supply chain coordination and monitor dealer operations to maintain stable performance.
- Balance short-term sales results with long-term brand building and customer service operations.
Customer Satisfaction & Brand Advocacy
- Ensure NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys are effectively conducted and customer feedback is prioritized and addressed promptly.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for GEELY, representing the company’s values and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Monitor and manage operational risks across the entire business chain.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Serve as a role model and point of reference for the sales organization within the area of responsibility.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales (preferably with dealer groups or car brand companies).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing dealer networks.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
