ZEISS aims to standardize and regularize different ERP systems, from numerous companies across the entire Group during the changeover from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA. The goal is to be as close as possible to the SAP standard and to harmonize processes across all segments and countries wherever it makes sense, focusing around; Efficiency, Effectivity, Speed, Flexibility & Compliance.
The project is as exciting as it is complex. FIT4 is an essential lever in implementing the Company’s #agenda25.
Your Role
- Taking responsibility for the analysis and coordination of the elaboration of global end-to-end Inbound-to-Outbound business processes and requirements in alignment with business representatives of the ZEISS IQR segment and IT experts.
- Analyze (regional/segment-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners.
- Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing.
- Develop process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes.
- Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system.
- Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup and ensure a smooth transition.
- Contribute, as organized by training lead, to creation of training materials, and, if required, support end user training.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2-6 years of relevant professional experience with reference in production of Devices.
- In-depth understanding of E2E Plan-to-Produce business processes like Production and supply planning, Production execution, Plant maintenance, Integration with production-related processes & systems, e.g., MES.
- Proven track record in handling complex projects within larger international companies and various stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systems.
- Relevant industry knowledge.
- Excellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skills.
- Ability to build networks and keenness to work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global team.
- Business fluent in English and German (must have).
- Willingness to travel (up to 50-70%).
