Your Role
- Shape security end-to-end - from processes and architecture through to technical implementation within the development teams
- Act as the central point of contact for technical security at the interface between development, operations and Product Security
- Develop cross-functional security solutions and take responsibility for their implementation across development teams
- Work on security topics spanning traditional IT applications, production-related OT systems, and on-premises and cloud-based AI systems
- Establish a common security framework for a heterogeneous application and technology landscape
Your Profile
- A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable technical field
- At least five years of professional experience in IT/OT security
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Broad technical understanding of software development, architecture, infrastructure and operations
- Experience in secure software development and integrating security into development processes, ideally in the context of production-related systems
- Good understanding of relevant standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443, the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and the EU AI Act
- A structured and solution-oriented approach, even when dealing with open-ended or complex challenges
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical topics and distill them down to their essential aspects
- Very good command of German and English
