(Junior) Media Designer (m/f/d)

Your mission

• “With focus on socials” creation of graphics, videos, illustrations, print documents and visual elements in accordance with the brand image and communication goals
• Image editing and retouching as well as knowing your way around fonts, colours and layouts best practices to suit the style of the brands
• Participation in continuous process optimization and workflow development ensuring smooth communication within the projects and proactively taking over if necessary

Your profile

• Completed training or studies in the field of media design, graphic design or comparable
• Experience in a similar role, brand or agency environment
• Experience in applying design thinking methods
• Talent for organization and structure
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written, good communication is key in our team
• Confident use of the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) and Figma (After effects is a plus)
• Social Media Savvy, experience with creating social media assets, stills and video, staying on top of social media trends (tiktok / Instagram)
• Soft video editing skills (capcut)
• Interest and passion for pop culture, design and creative industries
