We are Zenfulfillment. Since 2017 we have built the backbone of European e-commerce: warehousing, packing, shipping and returns for online shops. We did it basically bootstrapped, in a market where competitors burned 200+ million in external capital. Today we are 250+ people and over €50M in revenue, Germany's 4th fastest-growing company of our size, profitable, and still accelerating.
We are looking for a Founder Associate to build and scale our go-to-market engine alongside our Sales Team and Co-CEOs.
What you'll actually do
- You sell! You push deals from lead to signature, run your own calls, demos and close.
- You build and execute outbound engine: target segments, playbooks, sequences, and the systems behind them.
- You work directly with the Co-CEOs on the projects that decide how fast we grow.
- You automate what is manual work today, using Clay, n8n, HubSpot, Lemlist and your own agents.
- Wherever go-to-market needs an owner and none exists, that is you.
Who you are
- 1 to 2 years in a fast-paced environment: MBB consulting, investment banking, PE, VC, or a fast-growing startup.
- You want to sell and you are not above picking up the phone yourself.
- You have negotiated and closed contracts yourself and convince through strong communication and negotiation skills.
- You build systems instead of just using tools. How many agents have you deployed? ;)
- You work independently, take ownership, and push things forward proactively.
- You think structurally, first-principles, data-driven, and you decide fast.
- You reject the 9-to-5 mindset. In a scale-up growing this fast, speed and hours both matter.
- Based in Munich or ready to relocate now, 5 days in the office, available ASAP.
- You speak German at native level (our customers speak German) and English at C1 or above.
