Cook (m/f/d) - Permanent Contract - 80% - rotating (from Sierre to Visp)
Your tasks:
- You prepare a variety of hot and cold dishes ensuring quality, taste and presentation. - You carry out culinary preparations, cooking and careful plating of dishes in accordance with technical sheets. - You actively participate in the setup and organisation of the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service. - You ensure the preservation and storage of food, including vacuum packing, strictly respecting HACCP standards. - You ensure the cleanliness, maintenance and impeccable hygiene of kitchen equipment, materials and premises. - You contribute to good stock management and goods control to guarantee product freshness.
What you bring:
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a cook or equivalent training, you have several years of experience in the field (minimum 3 years). - Your professional background allows you to work independently, while listening to your hierarchy and placing customer satisfaction at the centre of your concerns. - You demonstrate team spirit, dynamism, stress resistance and stand out for your interpersonal skills. - Comfortable with responsibilities, you know how to manage diversity and are capable of implementing an efficient work organisation, able to cope with routine production while being flexible enough to handle contingencies.
