Kitchen Manager - Permanent Contract - 80 - 90% - Rotating
Your tasks:
You ensure the smooth running of operations. You take care of the preparation and processing of foodstuffs, as well as the cooking of food. You rigorously manage stocks and handle internal and external orders. You supervise kitchen assistants and ensure the quality and smoothness of service. You guarantee strict compliance with food safety standards. You pay particular attention to equipment and premises, thus creating a clean working environment.
What you bring:
You have accumulated several years of experience in a similar position, demonstrating solid expertise. You have good knowledge of French. Working continuous hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays is not an obstacle for you. Your ability to take responsibility and your warm approach are major assets. Your professional background attests to your ability to work independently while remaining attentive to your hierarchy.
