Tasks
- Take over and lead challenging IT projects for our Berlin start-up clients, including operational implementation, especially in the areas of Google Workspace and network infrastructure
- Implement and manage complex Google Workspace configurations, including routing settings, Data Loss Prevention, DMARC (SPF, DKIM), security management, and Google Device Management
- Plan and execute network projects, including WLAN, LAN, WAN, VPN, switches, and firewalls
- Support in integrating and managing SaaS tools and their interfaces to Google Workspace
- Ensure IT security management, data protection, backup strategies, and disaster recovery
- Proactively and independently solve complex technical challenges
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science or training as a computer scientist, or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Profound expertise in Google Workspace and network technologies
- Experience in planning and executing IT projects as well as in professional customer support in the B2B sector
- Analytical thinking and the ability to grasp complex relationships and present them understandably
- Solid knowledge of Windows, MacOS, Linux, SaaS, and user software
- Knowledge of hardware repairs is beneficial
- Knowledge in ML/AI and experience beneficial
- Very good English and German (min. B1) skills
- Modern, agile mindset with the willingness to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions
- Proactive working style
