Order Cycle Team Lead (m/w/d)

About the Position

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director and the CFO, this position is responsible for managing the entire order cycle and back-office operations. This includes the end-to-end execution of order processing, logistics coordination, invoicing, financial control, and administration to ensure operational efficiency, data integrity, and compliance with commercial and financial processes across the company.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the order cycle and back-office team, setting clear goals and performance standards.
• Define and implement back-office processes and standards in alignment with the Regional Sales Director and the CFO.
• Oversee the entire order cycle from start to finish: order intake, validation, entry, tracking, and confirmation.
• Manage logistics coordination and delivery tracking with freight forwarders, the warehouse, and headquarters.
• Oversee customer onboarding, commercial terms, and master data quality within the ERP system.
• Handle escalations, incidents, returns, and complaints throughout the entire ordering and delivery process.

Professional Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in order management, back-office operations, or supply chain administration, including at least 2 years in a team lead role.
• Experience implementing ERP systems (preferably Odoo) for order entry, invoicing, and account management.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of diligence and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in logistics coordination and/or import/export documentation is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
• Work Location: Zennio Germany Headquarters in Bad Endbach (Marburg, Dillenburg).
