Working closely with the Sales Management team in Germany, you will be an ambassador for our company in the regional market, promoting our products and embodying the brand's vision and values. You will play a key role in boosting brand recognition and expanding our customer base in the region. Your Responsibilities
Developing the sales strategy in your region in collaboration with Sales Management. Setting sales targets (budget, forecasting) and monitoring their execution. Building and supporting strong customer relationships. Participating in business negotiations. Managing sales budgets. Following up with and supporting key, long‑term clients of the company. Contributing to the company's commercial policies. Continuously monitoring market, competitor, and technology trends in the fields of Smart Home, Smart Building, and Hotels. Attending and participating in local and national trade fairs. Documenting all activities in the CRM management tool. Note: This description reflects the core responsibilities but is not exhaustive. Requirements
You hold a university degree or have equivalent training and professional experience in technical sales, ideally within the industrial, HVAC, and/or electrical engineering sectors. You are highly independent, team-oriented, and possess strong negotiation skills. Knowledge of building automation based on the
KNX bus system
is desirable but not mandatory. An existing network of clients within the target groups (system integrators, hotels, or electrical contractors). In addition to excellent German, a good command of
English (ideally at a B2 level)
is desirable to support international communication. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus, but not required. Travel Territory (Based on area of responsibility): Vienna, Lower Austria, Upper Austria, Styria, and Burgenland. Benefits of Working at Zennio
