With your leadership, we aim to deliver high-quality, bug-free applications that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and expertise in testing methodologies and practices. /li liPerform comprehensive manual testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance tests, to identify and report issues. /li liImplement automated testing strategies using tools like Playwright, Rest Assured, and Selenium, and integrate them into the CICD process. /li liConduct load and non-functional testing to evaluate the performance and stability of delivered services/components. /li liPrepare detailed test documentation, results, and reports, ensuring accurate and timely communication of testing outcomes. /li liBuild and maintain regression test cases for both manual and automated testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage. /li liAssist in reviewing and analyzing business requirements, transforming them into testable scenarios and cases. /li liRecommend and implement process improvements for test optimization, working closely with development teams. /li liFollow MIS development practices, including activity tracking and issue management using JIRA. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless testing process and effective issue resolution. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li12+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in manual and automated testing. /li liExpertise in various testing types, including functional, non-functional, integration, API, and system testing. /li liProficiency in test automation tools such as Playwright, Rest Assured, Selenium, and Cucumber. /li liStrong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies. /li liExperience with JSON, XML, SQL, Java, JUnit, OAuth2, CICD, JIRA, Confluence, and qTest. /li liAbility to work collaboratively with development teams and other testers in a cooperative environment. /li liDesirable: Experience with legacy systems and data reconciliation. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members. /li liAnalytical mindset with a problem-solving approach, able to identify and resolve complex issues. /li liA passion for quality assurance and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products. /li /ul pWe are an equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action employer, committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
