This role focuses on purchasing strategy, governance, data-driven decision-making, and capability building. /ph3YOUR TASKS RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliLead the introduction and continuous development of procurement systems (e.g. P2P suites, sourcing tools) and drive global roll-out and adoption across all Group countries and SBUs /liliDevelop, refine and implement strategies and standards in Group’s procurement - always with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and sustainability /liliDrive the implementation of sustainable procurement strategies (e.g., based on ESG criteria and the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act) with conviction and expertise /liliManage complex projects related to procurement strategies, governance, and tool landscapes, and serve as a key point of contact for our global procurement community /liliDive innovation in procurement and actively assume governance responsibilities within the global network /liliDocument processes, develop corporate standards, and oversee their implementation across our global subsidiaries /liliPurchasing Controlling Data Analytics - Define and implement a comprehensive KPI framework for procurement and ensure consistent, high-quality data collection across all business units /liliEstablish global reporting standards and dashboards (e.g., savings, performance, ESG metrics) and drive data transparency and analytics-based decision-making /li /ulh3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3ulliA degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Engineering, Economics or equivalent qualification /liliExtensive relevant professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or procurement excellence /liliProven track record in purchasing strategy, controlling, or transformation initiatives /liliExperience in managing cross-functional or global projects and strong project management and change-management capabilities /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills /liliInitial leadership experience preferred /liliStrong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities w/ deep understanding of procurement processes, KPIs, and governance /liliExperience with procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer) /liliBusiness fluent English; additional languages are an advantage /li /ulpThe exact title may change in the following.
