This role focuses on purchasing strategy, governance, data-driven decision-making, and capability building.YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIESLead the introduction and continuous development of procurement systems (e.g. P2P suites, sourcing tools) and drive global roll-out and adoption across all Group countries and SBUsDevelop, refine and implement strategies and standards in Group’s procurement - always with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and sustainabilityDrive the implementation of sustainable procurement strategies (e.g., based on ESG criteria and the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act) with conviction and expertiseManage complex projects related to procurement strategies, governance, and tool landscapes, and serve as a key point of contact for our global procurement communityDive innovation in procurement and actively assume governance responsibilities within the global networkDocument processes, develop corporate standards, and oversee their implementation across our global subsidiariesPurchasing Controlling & Data Analytics - Define and implement a comprehensive KPI framework for procurement and ensure consistent, high-quality data collection across all business unitsEstablish global reporting standards and dashboards (e.g., savings, performance, ESG metrics) and drive data transparency and analytics-based decision-makingWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORA degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Engineering, Economics or equivalent qualificationExtensive relevant professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or procurement excellenceProven track record in purchasing strategy, controlling, or transformation initiativesExperience in managing cross-functional or global projects and strong project management and change-management capabilitiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsInitial leadership experience preferredStrong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities w/ deep understanding of procurement processes, KPIs, and governanceExperience with procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer)Business fluent English; additional languages are an advantageThe exact title may change in the following. #J-18808-Ljbffr
