Your tasks include:

• Working on exciting topics related to our travel comparison – from comparison results to booking routes to self-services in our customer area after booking. You will work closely with our front-end teams and external partners.
• The new development of backend applications and maintenance of our overall architecture.
• The implementation of innovative features in close collaboration with product management.
• The expansion of our automated release process (continuous integration) and quality assurance (unit testing).
• The optimization and scaling of our system with regard to a service-oriented architecture.

Requirements

• A successfully completed IT degree (computer science, media informatics, business informatics, etc.) or training as an IT specialist (m/f/d).
• Initial knowledge of object-oriented programming with PHP and at least one relational database (e.g. MySQL) is an advantage.
• Strong quality awareness, hands-on mentality, very good communication skills and the ability to work in a team as well as a high level of motivation.
• Fluent German skills and good English skills round off your profile.
