Requirements:

• Degree (minimum Bachelor\’s) in economics, (business) computer science, or natural sciences
• Strong conceptual thinking with high interest in AI and modeling
• Programming experience is a plus
• Passion for innovation
• Familiarity with agile methods and adaptability
• Fluent in German and English, spoken and written

Responsibilities:

• Identify use cases that deliver real value to customers through AI
• Collaborate with data scientists to develop tailored models
• Design concepts for new AI features and coordinate across departments
• Manage these features through development, testing, and release
• Work closely with data scientists, IT, and management using agile methods
• Flexible work schedule: four days in the office, one day remote or flexible
