Currently, the company is seeking an IT Expert for MacOS systems to enrich their team with your know-how, curiosity, and personality.

Your tasks include :

• Operation and further development of the Apple-based client platform
• Packaging and deployment of apps and software updates
• Coordinate and carry out error analysis and problem solving / troubleshooting
• Participation in decisions regarding workplace hardware processes and policies
• Extend, automate, and optimize deployment and operational processes
• Support of other operational areas if required (e.g. Windows infrastructure cloud-based systems)

Requirements

• Completed IT vocational training or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of practical experience in the use and administration of Apple clients (primarily MacBooks)
• Experience in management (OS apps compliance … of Apple devices with MDM solutions is an advantage
• Strong customer orientation and good communication skills
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills
• High resilience and flexibility
• Fluent written and spoken German (at least C1 level)
