Your responsibilities :
- You will develop new features to enhance the customer experience for our clients and lead your own projects using agile methodologies.
- In this process, you will explore and implement new tools in your daily project work.
- You will collaborate across departments including IT and management.
- In addition to testing the company\’s app and website, you will define and monitor various KPIs and conduct analyses.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed your studies with strong results.
- While professional experience is not required, it is advantageous, particularly in fields such as e-commerce, management consulting, or artificial intelligence (AI).
- You have a strong affinity for digital trends and developments.
- Your meticulous approach and attention to detail set you apart.
- Creativity, along with an understanding of design and user experience (UX/UI), is a plus.
- Fluency in both German and English completes your profile.
