Your responsibilities :

1. You will develop new features to enhance the customer experience for our clients and lead your own projects using agile methodologies.
2. In this process, you will explore and implement new tools in your daily project work.
3. You will collaborate across departments including IT and management.
4. In addition to testing the company\’s app and website, you will define and monitor various KPIs and conduct analyses.

Requirements

1. You have successfully completed your studies with strong results.
2. While professional experience is not required, it is advantageous, particularly in fields such as e-commerce, management consulting, or artificial intelligence (AI).
3. You have a strong affinity for digital trends and developments.
4. Your meticulous approach and attention to detail set you apart.
5. Creativity, along with an understanding of design and user experience (UX/UI), is a plus.
6. Fluency in both German and English completes your profile.
