Your tasks include :
- Providing expert support for the ERP system landscape, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related products such as document management and payment transactions.
- Planning and executing system migration initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Delivering 1st and 2nd level support to end users, including creating training materials and leading training sessions.
- Continuously improving user support by analyzing and optimizing support processes.
- Documenting and tracking user issues while developing best practices to prevent errors.
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in developing, configuring, and supporting ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proficiency in programming languages and technologies such as C/AL, AL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience in system migrations and end-user support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office products and proficiency in PowerShell.
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and provide effective solutions to users.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for technical challenges.
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken, at least at a B2-C1 level.
