Project Manager - Data & AI Senior Consultant (m/f/d)

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and multifaceted Project Manager to lead data-centric projects services and solutions delivery from inception to completion.

This role is essential in driving customer success by leading large-scale zeroG-service delivery projects, e.g., leading large-scale implementation projects of putting AI into production in aviation domains.

What Work Will You Do?

1. Lead end-to-end data and AI projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and on-budget delivery
2. Collaborate with customers to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics
3. Lead all aspects of the development, integration, and deployment of data solutions, including dashboards, reports, and ML/AI predictive models
4. Work closely with solution architects, data scientists, analysts, engineers, and business leaders to align technical solutions with business needs
5. Implement and supervise project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to improve project efficiency
6. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive communication with stakeholders
7. Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, timelines, and progress reports
8. Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards
9. Support our sales teams with scoping, effort estimation and staffing during sales and pre-sales phase

What skills should you have?

1. Master´s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field
2. Solid track record in project management, with a focus on leading data and AI projects
3. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, ClickUp, Miro, Microsoft Project)
4. Data-first mindset with strong expertise in data-driven and AI-based leadership
5. Outstanding organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

The following skills and experience would also be an asset:

1. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile/Scrum certification
2. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g. Kafka, Spark)
3. Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, and JS)
4. Experience in aviation industry or supply-chain management
