What you will be doing
As an experienced and dedicated IT Process Manager, you’ll find an exciting environment where everyone up to the CEO lives and breathes technology. You’ll be the one building bridges between business and IT. You’ll work with some of the most highly skilled colleagues you could ask for.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our business tools (e.g., YouTrack, JIRA, Confluence, SugarCRM, Zoom)
- Monitor internal service desk tickets to ensure tools are running smoothly
- Act as a bridge between business and IT, organizing meetings on current projects and day-to-day operations
- Take on the role of Product Owner for new IT projects: gather input from stakeholders, plan project milestones, and oversee implementation
- Create workflows and document IT processes
- Coordinate internal IT projects, such as maintenance, and organize communications for internal and external users
- As a superuser, you will stay up to date on the latest features of our tools and manage updates
- Conduct risk analyses and coordinate project releases
What we value in our candidates
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT process manager in a corporate environment
- In-depth understanding of corporate IT infrastructure and architecture
- Proficiency in YouTrack, Confluence at an admin level
- Good knowledge of Figma, Draw.io, Zoom, LibreOffice, Jira
Successful history ofimproving business workflows through tool integration
You stay updated and know the latest andmost effective tools - Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Databases, JQL, and SugarLogic
*Ability to communicate confidently inGerman (min. B2) and English (min. B2), both written and spoken
