About Zertificon

Zertificon develops IT security solutions “Made in Germany” that protect digital communication for companies, ensuring GDPR compliance, reliability, and flexibility with on-premises or cloud options. We are expanding our inhouse Operations Tool, a central platform integrating microservices, middleware, data warehouse, and system logic, to streamline internal processes.

Your Role

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for developing this platform to enhance internal workflows related to subscription and licensing management, configurations, and process automation.

Your Responsibilities

1. Shaping the platform: Lead the development of our internal Operations Tool as the main interface for workflows and control logic.
2. Translating requirements: Convert business and operational needs into technical requirements, working closely with development teams.
3. Monitoring & automation: Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements based on operational feedback.
4. Backlog management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features.
5. Documentation & transparency: Create technical documentation and KPIs to communicate progress and value to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably with internal systems, ERP logic, or subscription models in B2B software.
• Understanding of technical concepts like data models, APIs, middleware, microservices.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and experience creating mockups with Figma or Adobe XD.
• Strong process-oriented thinking and ability to structure complexity.
• Fluent in German or English (C1+), with B2+ in the other language.
