Design and Planning Lead

Product Design Lead – AI SaaS – €120k–€140k – Munich, Germany This is a hands-on player/coach Product Design Lead role with a clear path to Head of Product Design. You’ll work on next-generation agent-led procurement workflows – designing how humans supervise, guide, and collaborate with AI systems across complex, data-rich environments. Establish patterns for agent-led workflows (not dashboards) Lead-level designer with 2+ years of people management or formal mentoring/coaching experience Hands-on builder – comfortable shipping work yourself, not just reviewing it Clear product thinking and strong UX judgment Remote/Hybrid setup – 2 days a week in Munich (first-class return travel and one night of accommodation covered).
