About the team:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director (m/f/d) Warehousing Europe to join our department Operations & Materials Management (BEO) at one of our locations Germany-wide, leading the storage, handling, and distribution of aftermarket parts. In this key role, you will drive operational excellence by ensuring efficient warehouse management aligned with our company’s strategic goals. Your profile as Director (m/f/d) Warehousing Europe:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree, at least 10 years of professional experience.
- Proven track record in senior warehousing or logistics management roles within the automotive aftermarket or a related industry. Experience in managing multi-site operations across Europe is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive high performance, problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with business objectives.
- Solid understanding of budget management and cost control in a warehousing environment.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies.
