About the team:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director (m/f/d) Warehousing Europe to join our department Operations & Materials Management (BEO) at one of our locations Germany-wide, leading the storage, handling, and distribution of aftermarket parts. In this key role, you will drive operational excellence by ensuring efficient warehouse management aligned with our company’s strategic goals. - Lead the management of all warehousing facilities, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.

- Oversee and mentor warehouse management teams across various locations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Your profile as Director (m/f/d) Warehousing Europe:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree, at least 10 years of professional experience.
- Proven track record in senior warehousing or logistics management roles within the automotive aftermarket or a related industry. Experience in managing multi-site operations across Europe is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive high performance, problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with business objectives.
- Solid understanding of budget management and cost control in a warehousing environment.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies.
