Head of Controlling Plant Saarbrücken (m / f / d).

Job Responsibilities:

• Active steering of the plant in regards of fulfilment of commercial targets on eye level to the Plant manager / General manager for location Saarbrücken
• Member of the plant management team & strong involvement in the negotiations with the workers council
• Execute Performance Controlling according to Governance steering concept Div. E
• Supporting cost analysis and optimization to enable a product-project based controlling
• Responsibility for Forecast / monthly closing / year end closing
• Strategic and operative planning of the Saarbrücken plant

Minimum Requirements:

• Master Degree in Controlling and / or accounting, or other business related field
• Minimum of 5 years controlling or finance experience, minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team
• Experience with ERP systems & applications (SAP Fi / Co expertise) / Digitalization tools / Solid PC skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear manner in German and English
• Strong analytical skills
