What you can look forward to as Technical Field Sales Promoter (m/f/d)

• Product Demonstrations: Conduct in‑depth product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the features and benefits of our diagnostic tools. Relay product information and communications to customers
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Support our distribution networks to develop their sales of our products: accompanied tours, technical evenings, customer visits, regional trade shows
• Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets within the assigned territory. Work with partner networks to promote sales to repairers, car centers, tire specialists, fast‑fitters, rental companies and fleets
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, ensuring they can effectively use our products
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
• Industry Engagement: Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our products and network with potential customers

Your Profile as Technical Field Sales Promoter (m/f/d)

• Relevant technical training in Automotive Technology, Engineering or Commercial sector
• Proven experience in technical sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the automotive industry
• In‑depth knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools and equipment
• Verbal and written communication skills, positive dynamism and commercial temperament
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively
• Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, with a customer‑focused approach
• General knowledge of workshops, mechanics and/or specialized after‑sales distribution and key players in connected diagnostics
• Fluent German, fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus
