About the Role

We\’re looking for a talented individual to support our Corporate Controlling team in Friedrichshafen. You\’ll be part of a dynamic team driving innovative projects and developing controlling standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Lead/Creative Innovator: Drive transformative projects that impact the ZF Group\’s financial steering model.
• Standards Implementation Specialist: Translate and implement enhancements from transformative projects into internal reporting & controlling standards.
• Change Management Coordinator: Lead initiatives for controlling standards within the Finance and Process Community.
• Management Training Developer: Deliver expert training on ZF\’s financial steering model and value-based management as part of the Finance Academy.
• Analytical Expert: Perform special analyses to support strategic decision-making and assess impact on controlling processes.

Your Profile

• Bachelor\’s degree in business administration/economics or comparable university degree.
• At least 6 years of professional experience and solid knowledge in controlling/accounting.
• Proven project management skills with a strong solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexible, independent, and analytical approach with a structured and systematic work style.
