Your role

As part of our dynamic research group, you will:

  • Conduct original research aimed at pushing the boundaries of perovskite device characterization and modeling.
  • Contribute to ongoing research projects, including playing a role in their management and ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Support the preparation of project proposals to secure future research funding.
  • Guide PhD students by mentoring and sharing expertise to foster a collaborative learning environment.

Your profile

We seek a candidate who combines technical expertise with a passion for discovery. You will bring:

  • Experience with perovskite semiconductors
  • A PhD in physics, electrical engineering, materials science, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of independent research and peer-reviewed publications.
  • Strong English language skills (both written and verbal).
  • Knowledge in electrical device characterization (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) (beneficial).
