1. Responsible for the overall design of the turbine molecular pump, completing the design of the stator and rotor blade profiles, rotor components, pump body structure, seals, and bearing systems, and outputting 3D models, engineering drawings, and BOM lists.

2. Conduct DSMC simulations for rarefied gas, rotor dynamics, structural strength, modal analysis, and thermal field simulation analysis. Complete the strength and critical speed verification of the rotor and the impeller, and optimize core performance indicators such as suction rate, compression ratio, vibration noise, and temperature rise.

3. Develop a test plan for the prototype, build a vacuum test platform, complete the assembly, debugging, performance testing, and reliability verification of the molecular pump prototype; iteratively optimize the simulation model and structural design based on the test data.

4. Track the product trial production and mass production process, solve technical problems related to structure, performance, and reliability during the R&D and trial production stages, and compile a complete set of technical documents such as design calculation sheets, test outlines, and inspection specifications.

5. Connect with the process and supply chain teams, complete material selection and processing process assessment; follow up on customer application feedback, iterate and optimize the product, and support the implementation of new product projects.
