Tasks
- Analyzing technical issues and developing sustainable solutions for service cases
- Coordinating collaboration and the flow of information between partners, the field sales team, Product Management, and Engineering
- Coordinating and monitoring repairs with regard to technical aspects, deadlines, and costs
- Receiving and handling customer claims and complaints
- Preparing quotations and technical customer information
- Maintaining systems and documenting completed cases
- Maintaining and analyzing fault and repair statistics
- Clarifying warranty claims related to repairs and service activities
- Managing inventory and warehouse operations
- Creating and implementing process descriptions and work instructions
Profile
- Technical vocational training (e.g. optician, polymechanic, automation technician, or electronics technician), complemented by further education at HF/TS, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent level
- Fluent German and English skills at a professional level; additional languages are an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS OfficeIdeally, previous experience in service or customer support
- Experience in mechanical and plant engineering or medical technology is an advantage
- Independent, analytical, and solution-oriented working style, combined with a strong interest in working in an international environment
- Willingness to participate in scheduled hotline support outside regular business hours
