Tasks
- Organizing and coordinating applicant management across all open positions
- Independently managing individual recruitment processes from start to finish
- Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Supporting general HR tasks, as well as compiling statistics and reports
- Maintaining and updating personnel data and digital personnel files
- Assisting with the preparation of employment contracts, confirmations, and other HR documents
- Supporting the organization and implementation of HR projects and internal personnel matters
Profile
- At least two years of experience in human resources
- Proficiency with Abacus HR softwareHigh level of initiative, solution-oriented, and service-oriented
- Communicative, creative personality who enjoys working in a small team and interacting with all stakeholders
- Proficiency with electronic media and MS Office products
- Business-fluent in German, good command of English; additional languages are a plus
