Planning Engineer – P6 and/or MS Project (Germany Project) in Stade

Within our Engineering division, we are looking to recruit a Planning team, consisting of 1 Senior Planning Engineer and 2 Junior Planning Engineers, to support the construction of a Regasification Plant in Stade, Germany.

The project involves the construction and commissioning of a regasification plant, including the execution of industrial facilities, tanks, structures and associated works throughout the different construction and project development phases.

We are looking for professionals with experience in planning and monitoring industrial construction projects using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, who are accustomed to working during the execution phase, monitoring schedules, coordinating with teams and subcontractors, and tracking project progress.

The position is based in Germany and requires relocation for the entire duration of the project (minimum 3 years).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Senior Planning Engineer: Responsible for the overall planning and control of the project, developing and managing the main execution schedule for the plant using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. The successful candidate will coordinate the planning activities across the different project areas, monitor milestones, progress and resources, analyse deviations from the planned schedule and define corrective actions. They will also be responsible for monitoring subcontractors and preparing progress reports, working cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Engineering and Construction teams.

• Junior Planning Engineer: Responsible for supporting the planning team in monitoring and updating project schedules using MS Project and/or Primavera P6. The successful candidate will monitor construction activities, collect information from different teams and subcontractors, update progress in planning tools, identify potential deviations and support the preparation of weekly and monthly reports. They will work closely with the Production, Quality, Engineering and Construction departments.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in planning and monitoring industrial construction projects.

• Experience in the execution and monitoring of projects in industrial environments, preferably process plants, energy projects, regasification plants, tanks, industrial buildings or large-scale facilities.

• Experience in developing, monitoring and updating project schedules, as well as analysing progress and deviations.

• Experience working with project teams, production and construction departments, and subcontractors.

• Experience in cost control, budget monitoring and analysis of economic deviations will be highly valued.

EDUCATION

• Academic background in Engineering or an equivalent discipline.

• Specific training in Project Planning and Control will be valued.

TOOLS

• Advanced experience with project planning and control tools, particularly Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

• Strong command of Excel.

El proyecto contempla la construcción y puesta en marcha de una planta regasificadora, incluyendo la ejecución de instalaciones industriales, tanques, estructuras y trabajos asociados a las diferentes fases de construcción y desarrollo del proyecto.

Buscamos profesionales con experiencia en planificación y seguimiento de proyectos de construcción industrial con P6 y/ó MS Project, acostumbrados a trabajar en fase de ejecución, realizar el seguimiento de cronogramas, coordinarse con equipos y subcontratistas y controlar el avance del proyecto.

La posición está basada en Alemania y requiere disponibilidad de cambio de residencia por la totalidad del proyecto (mínimo 3 años).

FUNCIONES

• Ingeniero/a planificación Senior: Responsable de la planificación y control global del proyecto, desarrollando y gestionando el cronograma principal de ejecución de la planta mediante Primavera P6 y/o MS Project. Coordinará la planificación de las diferentes áreas del proyecto, realizará el seguimiento de hitos, avances y recursos, analizará desviaciones respecto al programa previsto y definirá acciones correctivas. Será responsable del seguimiento de subcontratistas y de la preparación de informes de avance, trabajando de forma transversal con Producción, Calidad, Ingeniería y Construcción.

• Ingeniero/a de Planificación Junior: Responsable del apoyo al equipo de planificación en el seguimiento y actualización de los cronogramas del proyecto con Ms Project/ P6. Realizará el seguimiento de las actividades de construcción, recopilará información de los diferentes equipos y subcontratistas, actualizará los avances en las herramientas de planificación, identificará posibles desviaciones y colaborará en la elaboración de informes semanales y mensuales. Trabajará de forma coordinada con los departamentos de Producción, Calidad, Ingeniería y Construcción.

EXPERIENCIA

• Experiencia previa en planificación y seguimiento de proyectos de construcción industrial.

• Experiencia en la ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos en entornos industriales, preferiblemente plantas de proceso, plantas energéticas, plantas regasificadoras, tanques, edificios industriales o instalaciones de gran escala.

• Experiencia en el desarrollo, seguimiento y actualización de cronogramas de proyecto, así como en el análisis de avances y desviaciones.

• Experiencia trabajando con equipos de proyecto, departamentos de producción, construcción y subcontratistas.

• Se valorará positivamente experiencia en control de costes, seguimiento presupuestario y análisis de desviaciones económicas.

FORMACIÓN

• Formación superior en Ingeniería ó disciplina equivalente.

HERRAMIENTAS

• Experiencia avanzada en herramientas de planificación y control de proyectos, especialmente Primavera P6 y/o Microsoft Project.

• Dominio de Excel

• Indispensable español profesional.
