As part of our team, you’ll work on strategic and operational projects, develop advanced tools, and collaborate with clients and technology partners to deliver impactful solutions.
What You’ll Do
* Support the development and implementation of innovative strategies in manufacturing and supply chain management to enhance operational efficiency.
* Conduct in-depth analyses to inform decision-making, offering strategic insights into manufacturing processes and supply chain optimization.
* Collaborate closely with client teams to deliver impactful solutions in manufacturing and supply chain projects.
* Communicate insights effectively, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder requirements in the manufacturing and supply chain domain.
* Serve as a key contributor in manufacturing and supply chain projects, applying your expertise to maximize operational performance and client impact.
What You’ll Bring
* Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in Operations, particularly in the area of manufacturing.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in working with clients across various industries, helping them tackle their most difficult challenges and create sustainable value.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in team settings and interact with diverse stakeholders.
* Fluent oral and written skills in German and English (C1 level each).
