Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the stability of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer with a focus on our international markets (Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, France).
- You operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience including documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM/Predictive Maintenance Tool.
- Taking relevant suppression measurements and steering our field service partners.
- Proactive and transparent communication to our customers.
- You ensure that the charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected within the industry legislation and regulatory framework.
- You help us to further improve our service quality and our operational excellence.
- Contribute to the continuous growth of our eMobility business.
Your Profile
- University degree with a focus on electrical engineering or a comparable professional training.
- Work experience within the eMobility industry or customer services industry.
- Initial experience in the area of DC infrastructure operations.
- Ability to problem solve at ease and prioritize workload collaboratively within the team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and minimum one of the following: German, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or French – additional languages are a plus.
- Can-do attitude with the willingness to contribute to a new business area.
