Job Description

E.ON Drive GmbH is the backbone of the German e-mobility business and represents the brand E.ON Drive. We bring renewable energy to the road and support individuals and companies throughout Germany, to travel in a clean, quiet and affordable way by using electromobility. Your Responsibilities

  1. You are responsible for the stability of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer with a focus on our international markets (Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, France).
  2. You operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience including documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM/Predictive Maintenance Tool.
  3. Taking relevant suppression measurements and steering our field service partners.
  4. Proactive and transparent communication to our customers.
  5. You ensure that the charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected within the industry legislation and regulatory framework.
  6. You help us to further improve our service quality and our operational excellence.
  7. Contribute to the continuous growth of our eMobility business.

Your Profile

  1. University degree with a focus on electrical engineering or a comparable professional training.
  2. Work experience within the eMobility industry or customer services industry.
  3. Initial experience in the area of DC infrastructure operations.
  4. Ability to problem solve at ease and prioritize workload collaboratively within the team.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and minimum one of the following: German, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or French – additional languages are a plus.
  6. Can-do attitude with the willingness to contribute to a new business area.
