Job Description

We are seeking a Manager in Governance, Risk, and Compliance for our Risk Consulting Team. With increasing regulatory scrutiny and governance requirements, our clients in the banking/financial services industry rely on expert guidance to ensure robust Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) practices. As a Manager in our GRC Consulting team, you will provide essential support in establishing and strengthening governance structures aligned with EU and local regulations.

What you will be working on

1. Work with clients to build and optimize governance frameworks that support accountability, transparency, and regulatory compliance across their organization.
2. Advise clients on EU and local regulatory requirements, helping them navigate complex compliance landscapes and ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
3. Conduct comprehensive assessments of regulatory changes, evaluate compliance risks, and identify governance gaps to recommend and implement targeted improvements.
4. Design and implement bespoke governance and compliance strategies that address client-specific needs, providing actionable recommendations and overseeing the successful integration of these solutions.
5. Build trusted relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and industry associations, serving as a knowledgeable advisor on governance and regulatory matters.
6. Mentor and develop a team of GRC professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and ensuring they stay ahead of evolving governance and regulatory trends.

What we look for

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audit, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
2. 5–7 years of experience in the Financial Sector or Consulting, with a focus on governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
3. Proven expertise in EU and local regulatory requirements, with the ability to translate complex governance and regulatory needs into practical, risk-based solutions.
4. Strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
5. Fluency in English and French.
