Position Details:

• Position Type: Direct Hire
• Job Location: Geneva, NY (OPEN TO RELOCATION)
• Benefits: 401K, Dental insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance
• Compensation: $35.00-42.00/hour

Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot automated systems issues associated with PLC’s, A/C and DC drives
2. Identify root cause of upsets, suggested course of action and manage corrective action measures/solution implementation
3. Perform preventive, predictive maintenance as required
4. Program various types of PLC’s
5. Support Safety, Quality, HPS and Cost goals and metrics
6. Foster collaborative and supportive team environment through engagement efforts and leading by example
7. Make necessary edits/redlines to schematic drawings and provide them to the engineering department for accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of direct experience in manufacturing environment conducting support and installation
• Associates degree in Controls or industrial maintenance
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of work experience and technical training required
• Experience with SCADA, Rockwell RS Logix, AMSC
• Familiarity with Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Other Legacy PLCs
• Knowledge of Ethernet and Fiber Optic Communication Systems
• Understanding of SQL Databases
• Experience with Solenoid and Pneumatic Controls
• Instrumentation and Process Monitoring
