You manage and monitor real estate portfolios in terms of performance, risk, and development, and define and implement the measures (required).
This position of responsibility, with a strong (strategic) dimension, also includes market and economic analyses that form the basis for investment and divestment decisions.
As part of your duties, you will sit on the management board of Zivag Gérances SA and will be responsible, with your colleague, for French-speaking Switzerland and (German-speaking Switzerland).
Your background You have a (higher education degree) in real estate management, have experience as a real estate asset manager, and know the Swiss real estate market.
You have a strong analytical mind and a great capacity for reflection.
You are very invested in your work and strongly oriented towards (results).
You have a perfect command of French, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of German.
Notions of Italian would be an (asset).
