Head of Global Industrialisation Project Lead (m/f/d)
TASKS:
- Operational responsibility for the Local Manager of Process Engineering Project Management (PEP) with focus to develop the function to guarantee unified delivery quality on global basis (Time, Quality, Cost)
- Implementing and living a safe launch process globally on all sites to ensure successful project ramp ups
- Positioning ZKW Process Engineering as \“Best in Class\“ in regards of competencies, functional and global footprint, tools and methods
- Develop a long-term vision for and with your team and set-up a short-/mid-term roadmap
- Providing function resources based on the strategic demand (customer projects, internal projects and others) right time, right place and at right maturity level, using internal and external sources as appropriate
- Providing problem solving and escalation level within the international Manufacturing and Process engineering network
- Monitoring and optimizing overall functional and global footprint, strengthening global problem-solving capabilities and global focus
- Ensuring the successful ramp up according to planned KPIs for customer projects globally
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University education with focus on operations or proven track record on production or industrial engineering.
- Relevant experience in Automotive Tier-1 supplier business
- Experience in leading the industrialization within customer projects
- Proven track record of several years of international Leadership experience
- Intercultural experience and empathic, trustworthy and reliable personality with focus on people and competencies
- Experience and knowledge of assembly, surface treatment, and Injection technologies as well as lean methods.
- Fluent English communication
