KeyResponsibilities
- Operate locomotives for trainmovements and shunting operations .
- Carry out the formation anddissolution of incoming and outgoing trains .
- Perform preparation andfinalization activities on locomotives.
- Carry out loading andunloading activities as required.
- Perform wagoninspections according to operational procedures.
- Conduct required braketests before train operations.
- Follow railway safetyregulations, operational procedures and company standards.
- Ensure safe and efficientexecution of train and shunting movements.
Requirements
- Completed vocationaltraining as a Locomotive Driver.
- Valid LocomotiveDriver's Licence – Class 3 (VDV) or Class B (TfV) .
- Practical knowledge of trainand shunting operations.
- Knowledge of wagon inspectionand brake-testing procedures.Ability to work safely andresponsibly in a railway operational environment.
- Ability to follow technical andoperational instructions.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in freightrailway operations .
- Experience with shunting andtrain formation/dissolution.
- Experience with locomotivepreparation and finalization procedures.
- Experience with wagoninspections and brake tests.
- Gross Salary: EURO 3,000 per month
