Requirements

• 1. Exceptional Leadership: 10+ years of executive experience in enterprise software, with comprehensive management (R&D / Product / Sales & Marketing / Finance) of hundreds of person teams. Prior experience as a CEO or Co-founder is highly preferred.
• 2. Open-Source Commercialization Expert: Deep understanding of the cloud computing or big data industry, with a proven track record of successfully commercializing top-tier open-source technologies.
• 3. Global GTM Specialist: Sharp insight into the global enterprise markets for data analytics and AI agents. Proven experience in successfully formulating and executing large-scale SaaS direct sales strategies, with the ability to break through from 0-to-1 or scale from 1-to-10.
• 4. Tech-Savvy Business Leader: 10+ years of R&D or product management experience in Big Data or AI. You should be able to not only understand the cutting-edge technology but also formulate precise commercialization strategies based on global market trends. Prior success in incubating industry-leading products is highly preferred.
