Overview
As European Sales Engineer, you bridge ZOLL’s technology with customers to articulate value and enable a smooth sales process. You’ll support the direct sales team and distributors across Europe, overseeing technical aspects while sales handles commercial ones. You’ll work with complex enterprise software, medical equipment, and data-related solutions to solve customer problems. The role offers remote work with significant travel to West Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg, and the chance to impact patient outcomes through technical excellence.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support technical aspects of the sales cycle for hospital and EMS segments
- Collaborate with direct sales and distributors to drive Code Data sales growth
- Explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including C-level executives
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Provide solutions for data integration, software as a service, and enterprise hardware
- Navigate CRM processes and operate within a matrix organization
- Travel up to 50% to cover European regions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Minimum 3 years of SaaS experience
- Solid networking knowledge (firewalls and certificates)
- Experience with data-related solutions and system integration
- Strong problem-solving and customer-facing technical aptitude
- CRM experience and ability to work in a matrix organization
- Willingness to travel across European regions (approx. 50%)
- Fluency in English and German
