Responsibilities
Drive growth through collaboration by leading joint sales initiatives with Deutsche Telekom sales teams and unlocking new business opportunities
Build meaningful partnerships by developing and expanding strategic relationships across partner networks
Own your market by managing and growing your territory across Northern Germany, creating new opportunities and delivering measurable impact
Become a trusted advisor to customers and partners by helping them leverage next-generation communication solutions to solve real business challenges
Location: Ideally based in or around Berlin, Magdeburg, Dresden, or Leipzig
(Berlin area preferred)

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a strategic, ambitious sales professional who thrives in a partner-driven environment and knows how to turn relationships into results.
You bring:
5+ years of direct sales experience with a strong track record of consistently exceeding targets
Proven success selling services, software, or complex solution-based offerings
Strong experience working with channel partners, alliances, and indirect sales models
Expertise in consultative selling, complex deal structures, and managing long sales cycles
Experience working with service providers, telecommunications partners, or carrier sales models
Exposure to or experience in the public sector is a plus
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, embrace change, and continuously learn
Native-level German and professional fluency in English
