What you can expect
Join us as a visionary leader to oversee channel sales in the Zoom Central region. This region encompasses Germany, Austria, Switzerland and CEE. With your proven track record of achievement within these territories, you will be instrumental in driving sales performance alongside partners in the Central region. Your impact will be vital as we expand our regional presence and accelerate market penetration across all segments – from SMB to Enterprise and beyond.
In this leadership position, your successes will directly influence future investments in your team. As a strategic thinker, hands-on executor, and adept tactician, you will play a central role in both the EMEA Central Leadership Team and in the EMEA Channel.
Your success will echo in your ability to identify, onboard, empower, and foster channel ecosystems comprising Distribution, Resell, G/SI, and Managed Service Providers. This role revolves around nurturing key executive relationships, enriching existing ecosystems, and exploring broader go-to-market strategies with partners.
What we’re looking for
- Be able to spearhead demand creation, pipeline growth, and sales execution across EMEA Central ecosystems.
- Be able to guide Channel Account Managers across diverse geographies.
- Be able to empower your team in crafting robust partner business plans, fostering mutual accountability.
- Be able to collaborate with marketing to amplify awareness, drive demand, and cultivate pipelines within your ecosystem.
- Be able to monitor sales pipeline, deal registration, certification, and bookings against KPIs.
- Be able to aid Zoom sales teams in navigating intricate partner-led sales engagements.
- Be able to cultivate, manage, coach and train channel account managers across various geographical scopes.
- Be able to collaboratively devise and execute strategies in tandem with EMEA Channel and Direct Sales leadership.
