As an Instructional Designer (m/f/d) based in Munich, you will design and deliver engaging eLearning programs that scale globally and leverage AI-driven innovation.
This role is part of our Customer Enablement Team, where your instructional design expertise, creativity, and project management skills will directly shape how thousands of learners interact with EGYM products worldwide.

• Collaboration: You partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders across Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to identify learning needs and ensure strategic alignment
• Content Creation: You design, develop, and deliver eLearning content in multiple formats (written, audio, video) that strengthens product knowledge and engagement
• Storyboarding: You build scripts and storyboards to transform complex topics into production-ready eLearning materials
• Process Management: You manage workflows, document processes, integrate feedback seamlessly across global teams, and keep initiatives on track
• Quality Assurance: You ensure learning materials remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with EGYM’s brand voice

• Experience: You bring 4+ years in eLearning content creation, ideally in fitness, health, or technology environments
• Curriculum Design: You adapt content to diverse learning styles and modalities
• Project Management: You demonstrate strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset with proven ability to drive initiatives and meet deadlines
• Design Skills: You apply branding guidelines and use tools such as video editing and UX design to ensure a cohesive learner experience
• Technology: You are proficient in authoring/editing tools; experience with Absorb LMS, Camtasia, Notion, Azure Text-to-Speech, or Jira is a plus
• Languages: You are proficient in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
• Innovation: You have experience with Generative AI and scaling content creation through AI tools
• Motivation: You bring a proactive and results-driven mindset with passion for fitness and health

• Onboarding: You integrate into our global, virtual team and build strong cross-functional relationships
• Tools Mastery: You learn and apply our toolkit for content creation and localization
• Ownership: You take responsibility for your own enablement topic from design to delivery
• Launch: You develop and release your first eLearning courses on our Learning Management System
• Enablement: You provide guidelines, templates, and best practices to support other creators
• Scaling Impact: You help elevate the Customer Enablement team’s influence globally
