Social Media Manager YOU…
Have several years of hands-on experience in social media management
Bring strong photo, video, and short-form editing skills with a mobile-first mindset
Understand lifestyle trends and adventure sports
Know the major social platforms and how content should be adapted for each
Have experience in digital marketing and communications
Enjoy analyzing performance and turning insights into better content
Are organized, proactive, and confident working independently
Are fluent in English and German
Thrive in a collaborative team environment
AND WILL…
Manage social channels day to day, including publishing, community management, and content planning
Create and adapt Reels, carousels, stories, and image content
Develop and contribute to social strategies, creative concepts, and communication plans
Coordinate content with designers, creators, athletes, freelancers, and partners
Identify relevant social media collaborations and opportunities
Set, track, and report on qualitative and quantitative KPIs
Use performance insights to optimize future content
Stay ahead of platform developments, formats, and emerging social trends
Take ownership of your workstream from concept through publishing and performance review
