Responsibilities:
- Support the Social Media Teamlead in creating, planning, managing, monitoring and improving zooplus Social Media, Community and Influencer Relations strategy for all zooplus Social Media channels.
- Responsible for the conception and development of social media content as well as high level Social Media and Influencer campaigns executed globally in close collaboration with all other European Social Media Managers.
- Implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing goals. Identify new opportunities and platforms for influencer partnerships to maximize brand reach and engagement.
- Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from conception to completion. Negotiate contracts and manage influencer agreements to ensure mutual benefit and brand alignment.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key influencers and content creators.
- Continuously improve the social media presence by identifying trends and technical developments in the social media & influencer marketing environment and executing innovative storytelling.
- Create social media content that inspires people to share, working closely with the zooplus Content Marketing, Campaign management, Vendor management and Own Brands team to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Create thorough monthly Social Media & influencer marketing reports, ensuring that all relevant KPIs are excelling and up to date, and monitor the zooplus brand reputation in Social Media.
- Assist the Social Media Teamlead with reports to ensure performance and progress on all Social Media channels, ensuring brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology across all countries.
- Steer Own Brand/Supplier bookings and work alongside your teamlead to improve channel execution.
- Support the team competence cluster Meta/Pinterest/TikTok to develop/improve the channel strategy.
Minimum Requirements:
- Professional experience in the management of Social Media Accounts with 2-3 years relevant work experience in the area of Social Media, Communications or Online/Influencer Marketing including experience in TikTok.
- University degree in Economics, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or related fields.
- A strong sense for Social Media & Influencer Content and Online Storytelling paired with an affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills.
- Social Media, Internet and Tech savvy with state of the art knowledge of trends in areas of Online Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing and E-Commerce.
- Ability to find creative solutions, as well as a high level of initiative and reliability.
- Proven experience in creating engaging content for various Social media platforms (e.g. TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube), including copywriting, imagery and video.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a goal-driven as well as team-oriented working style.
- Proficient in using Social Media platforms (e.g. Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest) and (first) experience in using multi-social posting programs (e.g. Facelift, Hootsuite, Falcon.io or similar) as well as Influencer Marketing tools.
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
- Fluent in English and Czech language at native level.
