At the heart of everything we do, they inspire us to grow, raise the bar for our customers and fuel a pet-first business.Job DescriptionAs a Brand Consultant, you will:Review and optimise product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of content.Develop and execute promotion and marketing strategies, including campaign participation and deal planning.Analyse performance metrics and traffic channels to identify areas for improvement.Optimise detail pages for search and browsing by updating keywords, refining attributes, and improving navigation.Provide recommendations based on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor analysis.Deliver monthly data reporting and digital insights to vendors.Collaborate with team members to create joint business plans aligned with vendors and company priorities.Qualifications Graduate degree in a business-related discipline1+ years of relevant work experience in Category Management, Vendor Management, or Marketing; e-Commerce experience is an advantageFluency in German and EnglishStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to handle multiple topics simultaneouslyExcellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to solutionsCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to understand market requirementsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and negotiation skillsProduct and industry knowledge in the pet, retail, or FMCG industryProficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPointAdditional InformationWith more than 1,000 passionate professionals located across 6 European offices, we believe our success comes from working together and leveraging our international strengths.
