Responsibilities Identify new sellers and assess the relevance of their product portfolio Build and manage a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet/exceed ambitious objectives (#sellers and #SKU) Support onboarding of high‑potential sellers Identify market opportunities as well as develop and execute growth strategies together with sellers Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive marketplace rollout Define processes and operations for new markets Drive process optimization and scalability with AI and automation tools Act as a role model and actively promote and protect zooplus’ values and purpose Qualifications Fluent in German (minimum C1) and English Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field Strong interest in e‑commerce, marketplaces, or business development First practical experience through internships, working student roles, or university projects is a plus Strong communication skills and willingness to learn how to build relationships with business partners Structured and organized approach to managing multiple tasks Analytical mindset with a curiosity to understand and solve problems Self‑motivated with a hands‑on attitude and eagerness to take ownership Familiarity with Excel or data analysis tools Interest in working in an international environment and collaborating across cultures What We Offer (for Graduates) Structured onboarding
