Digital Customer Experience – Decision Analytics
ZS’s Digital Customer Experience Transformation Practice operates at the cutting edge of omnichannel transformation, from data optimization and advanced analytics to AI-led orchestration and automated deployment via enterprise technologies. We are growing our team and are looking for passionate and skilled analytics professionals to serve some of the biggest pharma companies in the world to drive a better customer experience and business impact through personalization. As a Decision Analytics Associate Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enabling diagnostic and predictive solutions across Digital and Field tactics including Campaign, Content, and Media as well as AI-driven orchestration solutions such as Next Best Action and Dynamic Targeting, using a whole host of advanced algorithms.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and apply advanced statistical models to help clients understand dynamic business issues.
- Leverage analytic techniques to guide decision-making for clients and ZS teams.
- Design custom analyses using tools such as R, Python, Dataiku, Databricks, Excel, etc. to address client needs.
- Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, serving as a key point of contact for project aspects.
- Provide project status updates to clients and ZS teams.
- Create project deliverables and implement solutions effectively.
- Enhance problem-solving skills and contribute to improving ZS’s capabilities.
- Guide and mentor Associates within project teams.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field with strong academic success in quantitative and analytic coursework (e.g., operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics, or engineering).
- 3-5 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience; a PhD may substitute for work experience.
- High motivation, strong work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Close attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
- Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks.
- Aptitude for and enjoyment of working in teams.
- Fluency in English. Proficiency in another European language is desired but not mandatory.
Additional Skills:
- Demonstrated proficiency or certifications in at least one of the following – Dataiku, Databricks, Python, R.
- Preference to candidates who can be based in our Germany offices (Frankfurt or Berlin).
- Strong relationship building and maintaining skills, particularly across functional areas.
- Can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
