Role Overview Zscaler accelerates digital transformation to enable customers to be more agile, efficient, resilient, and secure. We are an AI‑forward enterprise leveraging the world’s largest security data lake to drive our cloud‑native Zero Trust Exchange platform.
In this role, you will be an experienced Account Executive on the Enterprise sales team, working in Austria in a hybrid setting and reporting to the Sales Director. You will take ownership of a territory and drive new logos and upsell opportunities with enterprise prospects and customers.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of an assigned territory in Austria focused on net new logo and upsell opportunities with Enterprise prospects and customers.
Demonstrate expertise in building business cases that clearly show value and differentiation at all levels of the customer and prospect organizations.
Generate pipeline using new techniques, tools, joint field marketing initiatives, and top‑tier channel partners including VAR, SI, and SP.
Success Profile
Thrives in ambiguity and builds paths in dynamic environments.
Acts like an owner with a bias for action and integrity, balancing strategy and execution.
Solves problems and remains focused on delivering impactful solutions.

Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience with a revenue quota, selling to Enterprise accounts in Austria.
History of net new logo accomplishments and understanding of channel partnerships.
Willingness to be coached and discipline to follow a proven sales process from start to finish.
Evidence of successful team sales and ability to leverage internal resources and partners.
Fluency in German.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in strategic sales planning with experience closing net new logos.
A consistent track record of winning business in Enterprise accounts.
