Sales Engineer - Germany

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our Enterprise Sales Engineering team. Reporting to the Sales Engineering Manager and working in a hybrid environment:

• You will present the Zscaler cloud security platform to existing and prospective customers.
• Create and deliver demonstrations and gather customer technical requirements.
• You will set the vision and translate goals into enticing and relevant recommendations.
• Be the trusted advisor to our clients while aiding their transformational journey.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Presales Sales Engineer or systems integrator.
• You have knowledge of enterprise network or cloud security technologies.
• You have experience leading large technical engagements with multiple stakeholders including C-level executives.
• You have experience working with sales to identify, qualify and scope opportunities, build account and territory plans, and deliver proof of concept engagements to convert opportunities into technical wins.
• You will be proficient in spoken and written German.

• You have experience communicating complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
• You stay up to date with industry trends and competitive solutions, products, and services.
• You have industry certifications – e.g., CISSP, CCIE, SANS.
